"I think dissecting frogs and other animals is cruelty. Especially in pre-college facilities when there is really no need for it. It is un-humane to kill an animal just so that a bunch of kids would check-out what it has inside. I'm 16, I'm a vegetarian and last year when my biology class was dissecting frogs, I didn't come to school, because I couldn't stand even being there. I didn't even know that we could do an alternate project, my teacher didn't even mention it, so my grade got lowered. I am not going to leave it like that. I will fight for animal's rights until the dissection stops ones and forever. Hope that there are many people out there that have a good soul and understand what dissection really is...MURDER."

"Frog dissection is basically murder and if you participate it's like you aprove of murdering innocent people for fun!  Animals are people, too!  My class had to dissect frogs but I tried to campaign against it.  Sadly, I did not succeed but I will keeep trying until animal dissection is outlawed once an for all in every country in the world!!!!!  Instead of doing the actual dissection my teacher allowed me to comeplete an online one, but it was very low quality, just photos and a few sentences.  I was thinking about creating a website (my dad designs websites and he said he would show me how) with a better, interactive virtual dissection that is animated so that kids won't get grossed out.  I hope to have it available soon.  Animal dissection in school is cruel and murderous!  Animals have rights too!  "

"I am in 7th grade and have been an animal right activits and vegetarian for three months, and this year is the year we dissected frogs. It is later on in the year so I don't know much about it. But I will tell you one thing I WILL NOT DO IT!!! It is so wrong to kill an animal just to dissect it and throw it away like trash. The animals live, breath, and work to survive. "this is just dumb ANIMALS ARE PEPOLE TO! thay have fealings just like us how would u feal u where that pooor lil frogy an u where being CUT OPEN! it makes me sick that som pepole do this an where animal fur an stuff that to me is just like murrder killing a persone. i wish pepole would just leave the animals alone let them live in there habitat leave them alone people :( animals are liveing breathing things thay dont need to be put in cages in zoos an junk let them live with out pepole pokeing at them an stairing an knocking at the glass an makeing fun of them.
